One Team Lacrosse offers lacrosse instruction at many levels.  Our program is made up of highly experienced individuals from across the country with a history of fundamental skills coaching as well as a strong competitive track record.  The One Team Lacrosse staff has worked with hundreds of youth lacrosse players from Kindergarten through twelfth grade and beyond.  Our players begin and grow with us throughout their academic career.  Most go on to college, and many return to volunteer their time or join us as instructors.  We not only provide a positive extracurricular activity, but we encourage our players to give back to the community.

One Team Lacrosse provides a vehicle for us to grow lacrosse in Chandler.  History:

There is an ongoing problem of getting fields in Chandler. So we started the One Team Lacrosse LLC to allow us to become a vendor for the state of Arizona - which was approved. Then we bid for Club CUSD - and got approved. (As a state vendor we can bid anywhere, but we stick to CUSD). That gave us the ability to bid for field space with CUSD and to market in the schools. (Flyers in backpacks, etc ...). They charge us 15% of our registration to do this. At that time it was only for the Huskies and Firebirds. The Wolves joined us in 2015 to gain the same benefits. The East Valley girls are joining us for the upcoming season. 'Joining' One Team doesn't mean anything except I get them field space and help with marketing and they pay their 15% to the district. This brings all boys and girls lacrosse in Chandler under one 'umbrella'.

We reincorporated as a non-profit in late 2015 and were approved by the IRS and the Arizona Corporation Commission as a 501c3 organization. This will also allow us to become a member of CYSA (Chandler Youth Sports Association) as our own 'league.' As a CYSA league, we can apply for City field space and lights for no charge. (Right now they only allow us to reserve 1 day at a time, one week in advance, so it's almost impossible). The non-profit designation also allows us to fundraise with Fry's, Amazon, etc .., to obtain non-profit grants such as Google Ad Grants, and allows you to write off registration dues on your taxes.
